1. Introduction

Welcome to Zeno Serigrafia! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Orders and Payment

Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your order specifics. Please review this email to ensure all details are correct.
Payment Terms: Payment must be made in full before we begin production. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and TWINT on request.

3. Production Timeframes

Estimated Arrival of the articles (ordered by the client with Zeno Serigrafia) from the supplier to be printed by Zeno Serigrafia: Delivery time 4-9 Days.
Estimated Production Time: Our standard production time typically ranges from 7-14 business days depending on the complexity and quantity of your order.
Delays: Please note that production timelines may be extended due to external factors beyond our control, such as supply chain disruptions, supplier delays, or unforeseen events. We will notify you promptly of any anticipated delays and work with you to adjust expectations accordingly.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Timeframes: After production is complete, shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Please note that shipping times may vary based on the carrier and your location.
Shipping Delays: Zeno Serigrafia is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number if eligible. Please note that not all shipping methods include tracking.
International Shipping: For orders outside Switzerland, customs clearance may cause additional delays. Any customs duties or fees are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Changes and Cancellations

Order Changes: If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may delay the production timeline and could incur additional costs.
Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations may not be accepted, especially if production has already begun.

6. Returns and Refunds

Defective Products: If you receive a product that is defective or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.
Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom screen printing, returns or refunds are generally not accepted unless the product is defective or the order was incorrect due to our error.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and trademarks provided by the customer for printing must be owned by the customer or the customer must have the right to use them. Zeno Serigrafia is not responsible for verifying ownership of these materials.

8. Liability

Zeno Serigrafia is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products.

9. External Factors

Zeno Serigrafia is not responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor strikes, transportation issues, or supplier shortages.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lugano, Switzerland.
